Using the site
You may read, link to and share the pages here. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
Everything on this site, including the Sandcat Studios and Hollow Cedar names, logos, artwork, screenshots, video, text and game assets, belongs to Sandcat Studios Ltd or its licensors. You may use screenshots and video for news reporting, reviews and non commercial community content with credit. Anything beyond that needs written permission, which you can request at press@sandcat.studio.
What you send us
If you send us feedback, bug reports or ideas through the contact form, Discord or Reddit, you give us permission to use them in the development of our games without obligation or payment. Do not send us anything you consider confidential or that you are not free to share.
Community spaces
Our Discord server and subreddit have their own rules, alongside the terms of Discord and Reddit themselves. We can remove content and access in those spaces at our discretion.
Accuracy and availability
Hollow Cedar is in active development. Anything described here, including features, art and timing, may change or be cut. We make no promise that the site will be available uninterrupted or free of errors.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
